External Options If Your Concern Is Unresolved
If you feel your concern has not been addressed fully by our practice, or your feedback relates to matters beyond our control (such as clinical standards, professional conduct or regulatory issues), you can contact the relevant external authorities in Western Australia and Australia.
Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (HaDSCO)
HaDSCO is Western Australia’s independent complaints agency for health and disability services (including dental care). They can investigate concerns about health care quality and safety.

Dental Board of Australia & AHPRA
Dentists are registered health practitioners under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Dental Board of Australia. You can lodge a notification (complaint) with AHPRA if you believe a practitioner’s conduct, performance or health is a concern or if there has been a breach of professional standards.

Australian Dental Association (ADA)
The ADA is the peak professional body for dentists in Australia and provides advocacy, professional support, and resources for quality dental care. While the ADA does not regulate dentists (that role belongs to AHPRA/Dental Board), they can support member practitioners and patients with general enquiries.
